As a Community Member, you’ll enjoy benefits and opportunities that aren’t available to regular site visitors, including additional homeschool resources, clubs, special opportunities, and our encouraging monthly newsletter filled with practical tools, helpful articles, encouragement, and special announcements. It’s a simple way to stay connected, gain valuable resources, and know that you have a community cheering you on throughout your homeschool journey.

Our downloads and resources are not the only reason families choose our free community membership. Our biggest fanbase is with our Connect, Write, and Learn Pen Pal Club

​

Our nationwide snail-mail Pen Pal Club has been connecting homeschool families and students across the United States since 2007, creating friendships and meaningful relationships that have lasted for years. Periodically, we also host special Postcard Events, where participating families send a favorite postcard from their state to another homeschool family, giving students a fun way to learn about different places, cultures, and communities across the country.

Membership includes a language arts component designed to encourage writing and notebooking for younger students, along with engaging writing prompts for older students. Through letter writing, geography, communication, creativity, and relationship-building, we take learning beyond the textbook and into the real world.
